Unexpected brown bag lunch recipes (plus snacks!) from Cathy of Not Eating Out In New York.
Even before the recession, I refused to spend $6-10 a day on lunch. My approach is either homemade soup or some version of tuna salad on greens (usually with mustard, olive oil, capers, and horseradish — fortunately, I work in a small office. I think there would be mutiny with those rather pungent odors!).
Anyway, I’m kind of in a rut, and Cathy’s suggestions are great inspiration.
