“Your Morning Pizza”
Mark Bittman offers four recipes for a new kind of breakfast — one based on whole grains and starring ingredients (quinoa, soy sauce, polenta) that we usually associate with lunch or dinner.
The issue is, of course, time.  The quickest recipe in the bunch takes 30 minutes!  On a weekday, I barely have time to microwave oatmeal and boil water for tea.  And on weekends, I’m usually too hungry to wait an hour for my first meal.
