Fried Egg _______

After seeing Morris Maven’s link to Provencal Fried Egg Soup I started thinking about other fried egg dishes. So here’s a comprehensive list:

  1. fried egg sandwich
  2. fried egg burger
  3. fried egg salad
  4. fried egg soup (above)
  5. fried egg pasta (here and here)
  6. fried egg on vegetables
  7. fried egg on enchiladas (called enchiladas montadas or stacked enchiladas)

Of course, there’s no end to the things you can do with a fried egg.

UPDATE: thatgirlcaneat pointed out that bon appetite’s January issue has a whole section on dishes with an egg on top. Cool!
