Yummy. this is right up my alley. isn’t that pasta in there? And carrots…squash? And: Red potatoes presoaked in rosemary & garlic olive oil. You could use pasta or rice mix, lentils or beans as your starch. Veggie platters were ½ off so we bought two, utilizing:  baby carrots, sugar snap peas & celery — pre-washed & sliced. Cobbed corn. Tri-colored squashes: deep forest green, speckled moss & sunray yellow.  The seeds are my herbal expansion experiment beyond black pepper; they’re crushed cumin seeds which are like a zesty/limey pepper, added at the table. I tried to keep the recipe basic, the falling apart of the chicken is the most important thing in making broth — unlocking the “secrets” in her bones which really do heal — colds & coughs especially. The link below shows which veggies fight cancer. When you think of it, this is a warm elixir of all the best vita-veggie-mins and it is so simple, invest in a strainer!
