Tomato Caviar Ceviche on Tortilla. A simple appetizer by MJC. 
1. Cut up four corn tortillas. Cut like a pizza and then halve the remaining pieces. Fry them.
2. Slice five tomatoes in half and scoop out the seeds, delicately, so that a jelly-like blob of seed-only material is extracted. Place these on a plate with a drizzle of olive oil. 
3. Mince one shallot, two cloves of garlic, half a fistful of cilantro, ten pickled jalapeno rings.
4. Place the tomato seeds on the tortillas, top with shallots, garlic, cilantro and jalapenos.
