We regularly roast pigs at my house in Brooklyn. This was from a pig roast last October, where Mr. Low after many hours of non-sleeping asked a very pertinent question:
“Where did I leave my knife?”
“In that steaming pile of pork”
“Ah, yes thank you.”
“No problem what-so-ever.”
