The Best Bacon In Los Angeles, if not the world…

Is at Square One in Hollywood/ Los Feliz.
(I couldn’t resist a bite before taking the picture)

They have great breakfasts (I haven’t tried the lunch yet). The skillets are baked just right (I’ve had the Chorizo one) and my usual Goto is one of their benedicts (pictured), but I think it’s so much more than just a benedict:

Poached eggs, house cured salmon and wilted frisee on a shredded potato pancake with hollandaise.
(Also dug into before snapping the photo - excuse the mess)

The combination of the crispy shredded potato pancake and the fresh salmon lox is delicioso. Not to mention the thick poached eggs.

The Bacon is like a soft, yet crispy thick, little wonder steak. It literally melts in your mouth. If anyone can point me in the direction of better bacon. Please do.
