Mini Tikka Salmon en croute
Another experiment, an idea I had for my food evening, which is getting closer now!!. Salmon and curry is a great combination of flavour’s, here I mixed Tikka paste and Coconut milk to make a marinade, and left the Salmon to take up the flavour.
