When I turned 13, my parents started a birthday tradition of taking me to a “fancy” restaurant of my choosing.  The first place I picked was called The Velvet Dove, where I had veal for the first time in my life.  The best part was they sent the leftovers home in foil bird.  This is a little something I like to do for guests at our dinner parties.  -SPants
