Momofuku Ko

This restaurant has been discussed/reviewed on various blogs and forums ad naseum, so I will just post our menu here in hopes that it encourages you to play the online reservation lottery.  I will say, it’s worth every penny.

Note- we were a party of two and where possible, they served us different dishes- this is a rundown of everything-as best I can remember. I was not going to take photographs or notes during what might have been the best meal of my life, thus far.

-English Muffins with whipped pork fat / Chicharrones

-Fluke Sashimi, Spicy Buttermilk, Poppy Seeds

-Oyster, Pork Belly, Kimchi Consomme, Cabbage

-Smoked coddled egg, soubise, potato chips, hackleback caviar, sweet potato vinegar, chervil, chives (OMG!!!!!!)

-Torchon of shaved foie gras, riesling gelee, lychee, pine nut brittle
