I made Spiced Roasted Chickpeas  for my housewarming party a few weeks ago, and they were a big hit.  The original recipe calls for a plethora of different spices, but as my cabinet is… well, limited, I substituted with Garam Masala seasoning.  Crunchy, spicy, (and healthy) perfection. Roasted Chickpeas-Preheat oven to 350. -Drain 1 can of garbanzo beans, allow to dry.  -Toss with olive oil until all are coated.  -Incorporate 2 Tbsp of Garam Masala seasoning (or your favorite spice combo).  - Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet, bake for 45-50 min, until they rattle around when you shake them.  Allow to cool, and serve.
