Hoarr Sunday Night Dinner - Smoked Pig and Shrimp Alfredo with Garden Salad, Bread Roll, and King Cake
I know that this shouldn’t technically be an entry because I’m not eating this tonight and I didn’t actually have a hand in making this — but I HAVE to gloat over this one. I went to Voodoo Experience Fest yesterday and ended up winning three VIP upgrade wristbands (more on that tomorrow). Not only did we end up in the LOA Lounge with drink specials, but they offered us FREE FOOD. They smoked two pigs and fed anyone who was patient enough to wait in line for twenty minutes.

Delicious.
There was a gross mismatch in the amount of food vs hungry people, so our group ended up getting two plates of piggy goodness. Highlight of the trip, by far.
