If they don’t have them at the farmers’ market, here’s what you do: You know that head of garlic you have in the bottom of your refrigerator that’s starting to grow green sprouts? Separate it into cloves and throw them in some dirt. In a few weeks they’ll grow these awesome green things. Cut them off and use them like chives.
