Thankgiving idea: croutons instead of stuffing →
Last year, we made a version of these Ina Garten croutons with the turkey, in lieu of stuffing.  They were perfect—not as gummy or heavy as stuffing can be.  They are on the menu for the second time and will probably prove to be a new tradition. -SPants
